She was predeceased by: her father Ned Suggs; her husband Walter Bennett; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Blackstock. She is survived by: her children, Moreen Blackstock of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Tonya Bennett and Ronette Jones; and her grandchildren, Devyn, Iyana, Roc, Mekhi of New York City, Miranda of Fredericksburg and Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
