With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Percy Peterman of Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey, born in Abbeville, Alabama, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle Peterman; and his siblings, Jerry Stewart, Cephus Peterman and Beatrice Smotherman. He is survived by: his children, Vance Peterman (Debra) and Nazil Winfrey (Omar); his grandchildren, Shayla Linen (Jesus), Zania and Namar Winfrey; his nephew Kevin Smotherman; his aunt Hattie Peterman; and his cousins, Glenda Williams, Alstair Peterman, Zandra Davis, Evester Peterman, Jr., Benita Beltran, Janet Williams and Lorenzo Peterman. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
