He was predeceased by: his parents, James Furmato and Rose Furmato (Bernaducci); and his brother Anthony Furmato. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lucy Furmato (Masia); his children, James (Judy Furmato), Matthew (Taryn Furmato), Rose (James Palazzolo), Peter (Susan Furmato), Angela (Loyd Warren), Stephanie Furmato of Albany, GA, Thomas (Jennifer Furmato), Lucy (Joseph Fiordaliso), Theresa (Robert Wordelmann), Susan (Dallas Kirchoff), Philip Furmato (Anne) of Caldwell, NJ and Michael Scalero of Cliffwood Beach, NJ.; his siblings, Joseph and Peggy Furmato of Pt; and his siblings-in-law, Angelo Masia of Keyport, Jeanette Masia of Matawan and Regina Furmato of Toms River. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
