He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DiMartino and Teresa DiMartino (Manziano); his wife Edythe "Edie" DiMartino (MacGillvary); and his sisters, Anne Rienzo, Catherine DiCiancia, Rose DiMartino and Helen Girardi.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Krauss (Paul) of Davidson, Felicia Di Rocco (Frank Jr.) of Manahawkin and Jessica DiMartino of San Francisco, California; his grandchildren, Scout, Camille Krauss, Dean, Max, Delia Di Rocco, Zev and Leo Bernstein; his sister Grace Hawkes; and his close friend Agnes Grenci.
