She was predeceased by: her spouse Alexander Efimchik Jr.; and her parents, Wladyslawa Zalewska and Michael Zalewska. She is survived by: her children, Linda I. Sackerman, Mary Ann Rose, Alexander Efimchik III and Robert Efimchik; and her brother Frank Zalewski. She is also survived by grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
