She was predeceased by: her aunt Margarita; and her uncle Anastasio. She is survived by: her parents, Carmen Melendez and David Melendez; her husband Ricardo; her siblings, Marisol, David, Ivis and Melvin; her cousins, Edna and Eddie; her children, Ricky, Christina and Robert; and her nieces and nephews, Denise, Joey, Haley, David, Erik, Ashton, Juliana, Nico and Liam.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the A. K. Macagna Funeral Home (495 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Jimmy Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
