Hoitsma of Pompton Lakes, NJ; his nieces and nephews, Katie Sanders (Rob) of Pompton Lakes, Laurel Hoitsma (Keith Buresh) of Dallas, TX, Michael Hoitsma (Liz) of Milford, PA, Chuck Hoitsma (Pam Nixon) of Bedminster, NJ, Tena Hoitsma of Errol, NH, Tim Hengeveld (Holly) of High Point, NC, Jon Hengeveld (Lynnette) of Hewitt, NJ, Dan Hengeveld (Emmy) of Wellington, AL, Marcy Bastedo (Bob) of Wellington, AL and Amy Patterson (Sam) of Alexandria, AL; and his cousin Trudy Pojman.
