He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Rahn; and his niece Lori Chalfant-Kroom. He is survived by: his fiancée Betty Horne of Erial; his children, Kimberly Stecher (Kenneth) of Blue Anchor, Tim Chalfant (Tamara) of Pine Hill and Melissa Chalfant of Runnemede; his grandchildren, Brittany Pogozelski (Anthony) of Fort Royal, VA, Stephani Kelly (Theo) of St. Leonard, MD, Madison Chalfant of Pine Hill and Tyler Chalfant of Runnemede; his great grandchildren, Autumn Lynn and Nolan Anthony; his brother Terrill Chalfant (Janet) of Everett, PA; and his nephew Terrill Chalfant Jr. (Stephanie).
