He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Baines (Phelps); his children, Gabrielle, Emily, Gary and Alexa; his parents, Connie Baines (John DeVivo) and Bill Baines Sr. (Maria) of Somerdale; his brothers, Billy Baines (Carrie) of Jim Thorpe, PA and David Baines (Karen) of Atco; his parent-in-law Pat Bilda (Fred) of Pace, FL; his sister-in-law Melissa Mandel; his nieces, Ashley, Sarah, Chelsea, Katelyn, Abigail and Megan; and his nephew James. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
