He was predeceased by: his children, Kevin (Denise), David and Kathy (late Walt). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Crooker; and his children, Deborah (David), Marvin and Krissy (Michael). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
