She was predeceased by: her siblings, Carol and Joe Voorhees. She is survived by: her husband Frank Mazella; her children, Desiree Woods, Eric Woods, Nikki and Mike King; her grandsons, Dalton, Justin, Michael and Austin; her siblings, Sandy Terch (Rick), Brenda Stinson (late Howard), Gordon Cooper, Patti, Dawn Gallagher (Joe) and John Hertz (Julie); and her sister-in-law Julia Mazella. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to the family to set up a college educational fund for Patty's grandson Justin.
