He was predeceased by: his former wife Constance Keller. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his parents, John Keller and Helene Keller; his children, John P. Casares (Lisa), Morgan B. Kirwin (Joseph), Brandon Middleton-Keller (Brianna), Madison Keller, Rebecca Read, Ashley Dolan (Ryan) and Lily Nichols; his siblings, Brian Keller (Laura), Stephen Keller (Dorothy), Leena Trinidad and Karyn Bookwalter (Craig); and his close friend CiCi. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in John's name for a scholarship to American MMA and Wrestling, 1041 Glassboro Rd., Suite E-4, Williamstown, NJ 08094.
