He is survived by: his wife Lisa Green; his children, Samantha Green and James P. Green, IV; his sister Rosemary McDevitt; and his siblings-in-law, Christina Kubat (Tony) and Michael Fantozzi (Susann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
