With solemn reverence, we commemorate Grace A. Hammons of Clementon, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on April 22, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Bernie L. Hammons, Jr.; her parents, Edna Allibone and George W. Allibone; and her sisters, Mary Jane Griffin and Edna May Cro.
She is survived by: her children, Christian Blase (Kim), Laurie Blase and Matthew Blase (Carol); her grandchildren, Christian (Maureen), Vann, Erik and Ava; her great grandchild Johnny; and her brother George K. Allibone. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; the Bender family; and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Bayada Hospice, 4300 Haddonfield Rd., Suite 3A, Pennsauken Twp., NJ 08109 and/or an Animal Shelter of your choice.
