He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Morgan; and his sons, Franklin Jr. and Jack Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Richard, Martin, Dawn, Constance and Kathleen; and his siblings, Ellen Nicholson, Harold, Jimmy, Carl and Elwood. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
