Dougherty (Clementon, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Dan; and her sibling Eugene. She is survived by: her daughter Deby Dougherty; her grandsons, Dereck and Dylan; and her sisters, Marcella Dougherty and Anastacia Bickerdyke (Robert). She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
