He is survived by: his sister Jennie "Jean" Ehrler (William, Jr.) of Clayton; his nieces and nephews, Donna Ehrler (Roger Hildebrand), William Ehrler, III (Dawn), Stacy Brown (Chris), Ronn Carano, Jr. (Audra) and John Carano (Keswicke); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison Brown, Maria Hildebrand, Shannon Ehrler, Emily Ehrler, Hailey Carano, Tre Carano, Aidan Carano and O'Tera Carano.
