She is survived by: her children, Anthony Flores (Kristin), Nicholas Fabrizio (Chelsea) and Jessica Conti; her grandchildren, Flores Garofolo and Giovanni Garofolo; her sibling Ronald Garofolo, Jr. (Maria); and her parents, Ronald Garofolo and Barbara Garofolo.
