He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Susan Skowronski; and his sister Angela M. Skowronski, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Joseph C. Skowronski, III (Jeanie) of Tifton, GA, Cheryl Rogers (Bion) of Mount Royal, NJ and Angelique M. Masucci (Kevin) of Holland, PA.; his grandchildren, Amanda Orengo, Jessica Rogers, Matthew Masucci and Michael Masucci; and his sister Patricia Nelson.
