It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Mitchell Sr. of Clayton, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary (Peel); his children, John Jr., Patrick (Kristine) and Michelle Steckel (Bradley); his grandchildren, Alexander Souder (Nicollette), Shane Mitchell and Mackenzie Souder; and his siblings, Thomas (Charlotte), Joseph (Anne), Edward (Carol), Francis Christie (Bill), Marie Tindall (Jerry), Patricia Leech (Jim), Alice Kelly and Katherine Civatte (Duke).
