He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennie Kortonick; his children, Michael Kortonick of Utah and Kathryn Shropshire (Rob) of Newfield; his grandchildren, Jessica, Johnny, Saylor and Ally; his parents, John J. and Lorraine Kortonick, Sr.; his brothers, Edward Kortonick (Susan) of Glassboro and Richard Kortonick of North Wildwood; his brother-in-law Phil; and his son Clayton Little League.
