He is survived by: his parents, Frank Yates and Louise Yates; his former wife Maureen Yates (Costanzo); his children, Nicole Lamb (Joe), Stacy Milsop (Jim), Danielle Chacon (Jorge) and Jacob Yates (Jordan); his brothers, Kenny Yates (Kathy) and Brian Yates; and his close friend Brigitte Bramante. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
