She was predeceased by: her husband Skip; her parents, Ray Simmers and Joyce Logan; and her brother Guy Cook. She is survived by: her son Jon (Chrissy); her granddaughters, Melody and Elana; her brothers, Jay (Robin) and Ron (Marie); and her sister-in-law Liz.
