He was predeceased by: his parents, William Madigan and Florence Madigan; and his wife Angela. He is survived by: his children, Rob Whalen, Sue Bernieri and Matt Whalen; and his sister Rita Vigliotti. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
