He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Santis and Nicolina De Santis. He is survived by: his children, Daniela Taktikos (Michail) of Califon, Sabatino De Santis Jr. (Laura) of Stevensville, MD., Salvatore De Santis of Clarksboro and Mario De Santis of Califon; his siblings, Maria Perucci of Kennesaw, GA., Mariano De Santis of Freehold and Nicolas De Santis of Dallas, GA.; and his grandchildren, Antonio, Gabriella and Gianna De Santis.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in his name to the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center in Flemington, NJ.
