He was predeceased by: his children, Robert Nolte and Nancy A. Nolte-Carter; his granddaughter Ali Nolte; and his brother Donald Nolte. He is survived by: his wife Joan P. Nolte; his son Chuck Nolte (Dolly); and his grandchildren, Niki Pennington (James), Carrie and Emma Carter.
