He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Jurick and Florence Jurick; his sister Barbara Goyette (Bobbie); and his siblings-in-law, Lauterio (Jake) and Adeline DiBiagio (Lee).

He is survived by: his sons, Kevin and Keith; his children-in-law, Nicole and Regan; and his grandchildren, William, Maddox, Nolan, Meadow, Marie and Zachary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
