He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Caruso and Frances Caruso (Trapani); and his wife Gertrude Caruso (Becker). He is survived by: his sons, Steven Caruso (Debbie), William Caruso (Paula) and Russell Caruso (Janet); and his siblings, Fran DiCaro, Joseph Caruso and Helena Caruso. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
Bill was a Past President of the Vincent Lombardi Foundation, raising over one million dollars over a 10 year period.
