He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Zlydak and Helen Zlydak (Lubowicz); his wife Dianne Zlydak; and his son Andrew Zlydak. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Zlydak (Esen) and Patrick Zlydak (Jill); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Zlydak, Aleyna Zlydak, Arianna Zlydak, Zoey Zlydak and Chase Zlydak.
