We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 92, Sylvia M. Shive of Clark, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Samila and Julia Samila; her husband Henry Shive Jr.; her brother John; and her son Theodore.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Shive (Andrea), Lorraine Cuomo (James), Nancy Sullivan (Richard) and Carol Mirek (Sean); her grandchildren, James, Michael, Christina, Randy, Sean Jr. and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Sophia, James and Baby C; her extended family, Kathy, Randy, Barbara and Skip; and her pets, Felix, Frankie, Teddy and Amy.
