He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Smorol and Mollie Smorol (Pennella); his wife Patricia Smorol (Funaro); his children, Robert Smorol, Jr. (Donna), Maryann Nyitray (Joseph) and Karen Smorol; his grandchildren, Joseph Nyitray (Jillian), Robert Smorol III (Michelle), Paul Nyitray (Danielle) and Michelle Favatella (Nick); his great grandchild Gia Marie; and his brother John Smorol.
