She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Fuentes; her sister Arlene Wojtaszek; and her parents, Joseph Paszko and Josephine Paszko. She is survived by: her children, Linda Hoffman (Robert), Cheryl Fuentes (Diane Bachelder) and Chris Fuentes (Pam); her grandchildren, Amy Lafferty (Brent), Lindsey O'Rourke (Joseph), Justin Hoffman, Sara and Christopher Fuentes; and her great grandchildren, Brennan, Declan, Ryan Lafferty, Nolan and Brooke O'Rourke.
