She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stebbins and Blanche Stebbins. She is survived by: her husband Carl Fleming; her children, Geoffrey Fleming, Steven Fleming, Adam Fleming, Allison Fleming and Christopher Fleming; and her siblings, Bernice White, Judith Williams, Richard Stebbins and Frederick Stebbins. She is also survived by ten grandchildren as well as two great grandchildren.

Donations can be made in Lillian's honor to the Woodbridge Township Domestic Violence Response Team, where she volunteered for many years.
