It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie A. Flicek (Clark, New Jersey), born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Frances E. Flicek; her daughters, Eleanor Susan Polhamus and Jessica Lynn Smith; her sisters, Karol Previte and Maryellen Duncan; and her nieces, Valerie Santiago and Adrienne Pakenham.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Leslie's honor may be made to Center of Hope Hospice, Scotch Plains, NJ.
