It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen F. Toal of Clark, New Jersey, who passed away on December 27, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Flanagan and Julia Flanagan (Clarke); her husband James J. Toal; and her siblings, Patrick, Thomas Flanagan and Elizabeth Gallagher.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Toal (Lois) and Brian Toal.
