Joseph H. Inserro Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph H. Inserro of Clark, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Inserro and Anna Inserro (Pafundi); and his siblings, Lillian Maffia and Alfred. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Allison, Richard and Ronald; his daughter-in-law Julia; his grandchildren, Colin, Max, Luca, Nyla, Liliana and Miles; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Smith and Gerry Severynse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Saint Andrew Avellino Roman Catholic Church (35-60 158th St, Flushing, NY 11358).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine in New York City, or the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
