He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hughes and Gertrude Hughes; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Myrna and George.
He is survived by: his family NJ; his children, Kathleen and Michael (Trish); and his grandson Joseph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked in Jerry's name to St Jude Children's Hospital.
