He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgette Aziz Doss and Michel Doss. He is survived by: his wife Pierrette Doss of Clark; his sons, Raymond M. Doss (Betsy) of San Jose, CA and Christopher J. Doss (Michael Reyna) of Washington, DC; and his grandchildren, Charles Doss and Mckenzie Doss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
