He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Koza and Rose Koza (Zygmunt); and his wife Irene Anne Koza (Michalska). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Shannon (John) and Edward P. Koza, Jr.; his grandchildren, Deirdre, Allison, Jack, Melissa, Edward P. III and Wesley; and his sister Stella Koza. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
