She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Perriello and Angelina Perriello; her brothers, John Perriello (Ida), Arthur Perriello (Rose), Albert Perriello (Dorothy) and Dick Perriello (Phyllis); her sister-in-law Charlotte Clarke; and her nephews, Ronald Clarke and Gary Perriello.

She is survived by: her husband Bernard J. Clarke (Barney); her brother-in-law Hugh T. Clarke; her nephews, Robert T. Clarke (Irene), Richard Perriello (Laurie), Jim Perriello, Bob Perriello (Maddie), Chuck Perriello (Lera), John Perriello (Tammy) and Bruce Perriello; her niece Janice Hill-Gardner (Bob); and her caregivers, Irene Clarke, Donna Rinaldo, Stephen Ferrara and Blazena Ondrusova.
