She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chenoweth and Frances Chenoweth (Kaufmann); and her siblings, Robert Chenoweth (Bobby) and Lynn Chenoweth (Thomas J. Koza). She is survived by: her children, Thomas C. Koza (Sunim Choi) of Brooklyn, NY, Jessica Koza (Steven Garbedian) of Metuchen, NJ and Mark Zitzow of Oklahoma City, OK; her brother Allen Chenoweth (Lisa Chenoweth) of Avenel, NJ; and her close friend Nancy Schmatz (Dennis Schmatz) of Lavallette, NJ.
