He is survived by: his wife Mildred H. Frank; and his children, Kim C. Frank of Lavallette, Russell A. Frank of South Plainfield, Diane M. Metz of Cranford and Susan M. Bruno of Scotch Plains. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
