He is survived by: his fiancée Zoey Blair; his son Daemon Anthony Gray Blair; his parents, Caroline Higgins (Flemm) and Jim McGrath (Melissa); his siblings, Dominique McGrath, Kay Pellegrini, Ricky Higgins, Alisa Higgins, Nicolas McGrath and James McGrath; his grandparents, William Flemm and Dolores McGrath; his aunts, Theresa Caristo (Dave) and Kim Flemm; and his uncle William Flemm (Patrizia).
