She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walkuski and Eva Walkuski; her siblings, John, Bernard Walkuski, Stella Bialicki and Lillian Wolkovich; and her grandson Michael Hartnett.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. John Lystash (Dara) of Roanoke, VA, Joanne Seebode (Joe) of Clark and Jacqueline Hartnett; her grandchildren, John Robert, Tyler, Caroline Lystash, Joseph, John Paul Seebode, Brian, Thomas, Patrick and Annie Hartnett; and her great grandchildren, Leah and Robert Lystash.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to St. John the Apostle Church, 1805 Penbrook Terrace., Linden, NJ, 07036.
