He was predeceased by: his parents, John Farruggia and Ann Marie Farruggia. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Civitano; his children, Angelo Farruggia (Sarah), Nicholas Farruggia, Felicia Farruggia and Samantha Farruggia; his granddaughter Eliana; his siblings, Philip Farruggia (Nancy), Lenore Oliveri (Phil), Donna Soper (Gary), Michelle Farruggia, Marguerite "Maggie" Farruggia and Marie Decamp; his nephews, Ernest "Ernie" Soper and George "Georgie" Soper; and his niece Dawn Soper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Angelo loved all animals but especially cats, both his own and those that he rescued so in lieu of flowers donations to Angel Paws Animal Shelter, 490 Inman Avenue Colonia, New Jersey 07067, in Angelo's name would be greatly appreciated.
