He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Curr Venables and Emma Buchanan Venables. He is survived by: his daughters, Lara V. Ross and Rebecca V. Van Horn; his grandchildren, Alisa Harper, Rachelle Ross, Samantha Reale (Chris) and Marcus Van Horn; his great grandchild Eric Venables; his sister Sharon Shaw Arnold (late Gordon); and his close friend Susan Kupersmith. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
