He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Deal (Fitzpatrick); his grandson Theodore "Teddy" Deal; and his child Thomas "Tommy" McCusker. He is survived by: his children, David Deal, Chris Deal and Marianne Ellsworth (Chuck); his grandchildren, CJ, Sean and Joshua; his daughter Maryann Deblanco (Ted); his grandson Nicholas; and his siblings, Richard Deal (Kathy), Carolyn Gimble and Peggy Shivers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
