He is survived by: his wife Donna Rooney; his children, Colene Swartz (John), Robert P. Rooney Jr. (Kelly), Michael Rooney and Annette Rodgers (Bill); and his sister Rosemary Kingston. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
