He is survived by: his children, Frances Welsh (Charles), Kathleen Stecher, Corinne Welsh, Marleen Welsh (Brant Shalikashvili) and Parker Grace; and his siblings, Marguerite Malone (late Louis), Robert Stecher and Donald Stecher (Mary Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
