He was predeceased by: his parents, Forbes Turner and Victoria Cordis; his son Gavin Turner; and his siblings, Beatrice Adridge (Auntie Burn), Josephine Douglas (Auntie Baby), Jobe Smith, James Hubbard (Uncle Baba), Edmond Cordis (Uncle Buddy), Shirley Williams (Auntie Jean) and Mavis Turner (Auntie MayMay).
He is survived by: his wife Waveney Adams-Turner; his children, Denise, O'Neil, Neville, Jacqueline, Ulee, Alexis, Simone and Devon; his grandchildren, Gregory, Brooke, Deborah, Folasade, O'Neil Jr., O'Ryan, O'Sean, Eike, Eric, Jada, Jordan, Kaylee, Keshawn, Crystal, Britney, Amya, Halee, Devon, Jr., Dwayne and Darrell; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Henry, Azaiah, Nova, Ezra, Azai and Tori. He is also survived by family but a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and neighborhood children.
